University of Arizona Graduation Catering
UA graduation weekend is our single most requested event period of the year. Families planning a backyard party, park gathering, or private venue reception after the commencement ceremony call us months in advance to lock in a date. If you're planning a UA graduation party, reach out as early as possible — May weekends fill very fast.

Typical Graduation Party Setup
Most graduation parties run 2–4 hours with a guest count between 40 and 150. We arrive, set up, serve continuously during your event window, and leave the space spotless. Many families add our dessert truck for a sweet ending to the celebration.
